Junior Nicole Wadden set the third-highest pentathlon score in school history Friday evening in Seattle at the University of Washington Invitational.

Headed to their biggest meet of the season, the Nevada Wolf Pack women’s track & field team will leave for Seattle and the University of Washington Invitational on Friday.

Each season, the Nevada track & field team picks captains. These captains accept a lot of responsibility with the honor and, according to head coach Shantel Twiggs, bring leadership that is vital to the team.

The Nevada Wolf Pack finishes their weekend in Boise, Idaho with a strong showing in all events, including five first-place victories and 20 top-five finishes.

Junior Nicole Wadden shone in several pentathlon events Friday afternoon to open up the Ed Jacoby Invitational and Multi in Boise, Idaho.

The Nevada Wolf Pack track & field team will head off to Boise, Idaho tomorrow to compete in the indoor Ed Jacoby Invitational/Multi.
